He was in the nation’s spotlight for his ‘real hero’ avatar, rescuing the migrants amidst the lockdown.
Everyone, including Sonu’s fans, colleagues, peers, and politicians, lauded the actor for his philanthropic deeds.
Now, there has been one latest addition to his applaud list. Sonu Sood has been honoured by the domestic airline SpiceJet by dedicating an aircraft livery, which includes a picture of him, for a Boeing 737.

Sonu Sood becomes the first Indian actor to achieve this. Reacting to this gesture, Sonu recalled the days when he came to Mumbai from Moga on an unreserved ticket.
According to a Peeping Moon report, while talking about it, an emotional Sonu said, “To be honest, I am quite taken aback by his huge honor. This is a really sweet and touching gesture on Spice Jet’s part and I am overwhelmed with such a lovely present. I hope that I can keep making everyone proud with my work. I am also thankful to Spice Jet for their effort of bringing back so many Indians from different parts of the world safely to their homeland during the pandemic.”
