Suniel Shetty steps into the shoes of an unsung warrior named Vegda, adding flair and momentum to the story about the war to save Somnath temple from invaders in the 14th century AD.
Followed by him is Sooraj Pancholi, who brings the unsung warrior Veer Hamirji Gohil to life and sets the tone for the film’s big release. It features adrenaline-filled action sequences, powerful dialogues, and moments of roaring valor, offering a glimpse of what’s to come.
While Suniel Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi are seen playing the protagonists, Vivek Oberoi portrays a bloodthirsty antagonist named Zafar, who invades Gujarat to loot the temple. The period drama introduces Akanksha Sharma as Raajal, who makes her Bollywood debut with Kesari Veer: Legends Of Somnath. She is paired alongside Sooraj Pancholi and is seen sharing a romantic equation with the actor.
Directed by Prince Dhiman and produced by Kanu Chauhan under Chauhan Studios, the film is crafted on grand sets and meticulously recreated palaces, promising a visual spectacle. ‘Kesari Veer: Legends Of Somnath‘, a Kanu Chauhan film, is slated for a pan-India release in multiple languages and is set to hit theaters on March 14, 2025.
