Aditya Roy Kapur‘s next Om: The Battle Within recently got a new title.
Directed by Kapil Verma, the high-octane actioner stars Sanjana Sanghi (Dil Bechara fame) as the female lead.
The movie – produced by Zee Studios and A Paper Doll Entertainment – also features Jackie Shroff, Ashutosh Rana, Prakash raj and Prachi Shah in pivotal roles.
Om: The Battle Within Title Changed:
As per reports, the Aditya Roy Kapur-starrer recently underwent a title change. Now, the movie is being called – Rashtra Kavach OM. However, the makers haven’t made an official announcement about the same yet.
During an interview with a daily, the Malang actor revealed the reason behind the title change two weeks before the release.
Talking about it, Aditya stated –
“Now the title is Rashtra Kavach: OM, the producers felt that these are the two main conflicts of the film. I don’t know technically if they were any complications with the title Om: The Battle Within, but I think creatively they felt like these two conflicts are what is driving the film.”
“Kavach is something that when you watch the film, you will find out. And obviously, the film is about patriotism and the country, all of that together. So they thought that this will connect more with people and feel more earthy,” he further added.
