Saif Ali Khan being the lead in both Race and Race 2, netizens and fans were looking forward to the actor’s return to the franchise. However, Saif was not offered the role of the lead in the third part, Instead, he was asked to play the parallel lead alongside Salman Khan.
Apparently, Saif declined the offer as he did not want to play the second lead being the protagonist in the earlier films.
4. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai
Before Salman Khan stealing our hearts, Saif Ali Khan was offered to play Aman Mehra in KJo’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Sadly, he turned down the role.
5. Talaash
Saif’s wife Kareena Kapoor Khan once revealed that the former was offered to play the lead role in her 2012 film Talaash. However, he rejected it. Kareena said, “I think at that time Saif wanted to do a more commercial kind of movie.”
