Now, it has been reported that Ajay Devgn too has made a lavish property investment in Mumbai.
As per TOI report, the Singham actor has bought a bungalow in Juhu, in the very lane of his existing residence ‘Shivshakti’. The property is reportedly spread across 590 sq yards.
The locality is reportedly a celeb hotspot with the likes of Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra and Akshay Kumar living in the area nearby. Though the deal happened in November last year, the property was registered under the joint name of Ajay Devgn’s mother Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal ( Ajay) on May 7, 2021.
The TOI report further elaborated that though the bungalow was priced around 65-70 crores, Ajay got it at a lucrative price of 60 CRORES!
On the work front, Ajay Devgn will be seen in Bhuj:The Pride of India and Mayday. He also has his OTT debut with Rudra and the show will stream on Disney+ Hotstar.
