Today we bring you one interesting trivia about Sharman that you all probably don’t know. Before Ayushmann Khurrana, the makers of Vicky Donor approached Sharman to play the lead. Yes, you heard this right!
As DNA reported earlier, Ayushmann revealed in his memoir ‘Cracking the Code: My Journey In Bollywood’ that he wasn’t the first choice for his Bollywood debut movie Vicky Donor. The actor stated, “Vivek Oberoi wanted to produce and act in Vicky Donor, and they had almost signed him up, but for some reason, Ronnie Screwvala, the producer, changed his mind. The role was then offered to Sharman Joshi, who politely declined it. That’s when the film came to me.”
