Earlier in the day, BMC demolished the alleged ‘illegal construction’ in Kangana Ranaut’s Bandra property.
Kangana then shared a video slamming Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray, captioned “तुमने जो किया अच्छा किया”. She said her home was demolished today, his arrogance will crumble tomorrow.
Kangana To Uddhav Thackeray
Calling out movie mafia along with Thackeray, Kangana said – “Uddhav Thackeray, tujhe kya lagta hai? (what do you think?) That you colluded along with the film mafia, demolished my home and took revenge on me? My home was demolished today, your arrogance will crumble tomorrow.”
She continued – “This is the wheel of time, remember, it never stays the same.”
Kangana pledged to make a film on Kashmiri Pandits, saying she now knew what they suffered.
“You have done me a favour. I knew what Kashmiri Pandits had gone through but I felt it too today. I vow to this country that I will make a film not only on Ayodhya but also Kashmir,” she said.
She concluded with – “I knew this would happen to me. This has some meaning. Uddhav Thackeray, this cruelty, this terror, good that this happened to me. Because it means something. Jai hind, Jai Maharashtra.”
Kangana’s Office post-demolition:
Bombay High Court
As per NDTV report, the Bombay High Court today stayed the demolition process initiated by the BMC and sought to know how the civic body entered the property when the owner was not present. Court also directed BMC to file an affidavit in response to Kangana’s plea, and posted the matter for hearing on Thursday.
Kangana’s plea argued that she was not given sufficient time to respond to the notice and the demolition process was initiated in a hurried manner with ulterior motives.
