Will there be Luka Chuppi 2? Director Laxman Utekar has answered this, check it out –
The filmmaker is currently busy promoting his upcoming rom-com with Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan – Zara Hatke Zara Bachke which releases this Friday (2 June 2023).
Luka Chuppi (2019) had starred Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon in the lead. When Utekar was asked if there was a possibility for a sequel, he replied to the portal –
“As of now, no. There is no thought of making Luka Chuppi 2. But in the future maybe after Chhava, definitely because it’s a very interesting subject, so why not. As of now, nothing has been clicked but if something does then definitely I would love to make Luka Chuppi 2.”

Meanwhile, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke promises to be a fun ride revolving around a fake divorce. A young married couple – Kapil and Saumya who live in a joint family, want a house of their own. They pretend to be getting divorced in front of their family while continuing to be lovey-dovey in secret. Will these shenanigans have a happy ending? Watch it in theatres tomorrow –
