A few days back, Rajkummar Rao had taken to Instagram to share that one of his favourite scenes from the film didn’t make the final cut. He shared stills of himself, dolled up as a woman!

As per Bollywood Hungama report, Rajkummar Rao’s Vicky dresses like a woman to lure out Sarkata as he only goes after modern-minded females.
But in the process, there’s some romantic confusion with Abhishek Banerjee’s Jana – who doesn’t recognise Vicky in disguise and thinks he’s an actual woman. A source further added that there’s some comedic scenes with Vicky’s heels breaking and his wig (probably getting snatched off).

“Kya aap log dekhna chahte hain ye scene film mein? Aap sab batao?” – Rajkummar Rao had asked the audience about the deleted scene.
To which Stree 2 director Amar Kaushik replied – “Sometime you have to “kill your Darling” to make screenplay work. But I agree it’s a funny scene like other scenes. Jaldi kahi na kahi aa jayega.”
Stree 2 is a raging blockbuster – emerging as the box office winner of the Independence Day weekend. The film has crossed more than 589 Crores worldwide!

Waiting Time For Stree 3 Will Be Less Now?
Stree 2 producer Dinesh Vijan revealed that Stree 3 has already been written so the wait for the next sequel will be less.
Dinesh Vijan said – “Stree 2 is like a mothership. It answers a lot of questions that Stree raised. It also tells you what the connections are. What will come next. After Stree 2 would be a film called Thama, which we’ll tell you about later. We have already written Stree 3, so the gap will be less.“
