Article 370 Vs Crakk day 2 box office collection report out!
Last Friday, the Indian box office witnessed a major clash between Yami Gautam‘s political-thriller and Vidyut Jammwal’s sports-actioner.
Directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, Article 370 – headlined by Yami Gautam – is set against the backdrop of the abrogation of Article 370. The political-thriller also stars Priyamani in am important role.
On the other hand, Crakk: Jeetega Toh Jiyegaa is an action-packed sports-drama – directed by Aditya Datt – starring Vidyut Jammwal, Arjun Rampal, Nora Fatehi and Amy Jackson.

Yami Gautam’s film opened to mostly positive reviews and the two leading ladies, Yami and Priyamani, have been receiving rave reviews for their top-notch performances. The film opened to a box office collection of Rs 6.12 CRORES!
As posted by the makers of Article 370, the movie witnessed a huge growth by 48% at the box office on Saturday.

On the other hand, Vidyut’s revenge-drama is struggling to create buzz at the box office. The film opened to a box office collection of Rs 4.11 crore but witnessed a sharp decline in numbers on its 2nd day.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the sports-actioner managed to collect Rs 2.15 crores on Saturday. The total box office office collection of Crakk now stands at Rs 6.25 CRORES!
Taran wrote, “#Crakk slips, sees cracks in its biz on Day 2 [Sat]… It was extremely important to score on Sat – especially after collecting a tidy sum on Fri [#CinemaLoversDay] – but the sharp decline is a concern… Fri 4.11 cr, Sat 2.15 cr. Total: ₹ 6.26 cr. #India biz. #Boxoffice #Crakk has Day 3 [Sun] to cover the shortfall… The theatrical run has to show better results, since the costs are on the higher side.”
