Welcome 3 release date is finally out!
As per reports, the third installment of the comedy franchise is now titled Welcome To The Jungle.
Welcome To The Jungle stars Akshay Kumar along with Bobby Deol and Sanjay Dutt-Arshad Warsi as the new Uday-Majnu. As per a Pinkvilla report, Suniel Shetty has also joined the cast.
Akshay is said to be reprising his role as Rajiv, while the Munna Bhai duo will be seen as the new Uday-Majnu in this comic caper.
Welcome 3 Release Date:
As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, producer Firoz Nadiadwala has decided to release the movie on Christmas 2024! Taran wrote –
“FIROZ A NADIADWALA LOCKS CHRISTMAS 2024 FOR ‘WELCOME 3’… #WelcomeToTheJungle is the title of the third instalment of #Welcome franchise… Producer #FirozANadiadwala has decided to bring the family entertainer in #Christmas2024.”
Interestingly, Welcome also had a Christmas release in 2007.
As per reports, the Welcome 3 cast had already done a photoshoot for the movie at the Empire Studio in Mumbai.
For the unversed, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 fame Anees Bazmee had directed Welcome and Welcome Back. Reportedly, choreographer-director Ahmed Khan has been roped in to helm the third part.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is currently basking in the success of his latest release OMG 2. Directed by Amit Rai, the sequel also stars Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in the lead.
