Amidst the wedding rumours with Katrina kaif, Vicky Kaushal seems to be on a spree of signing back-to-back movies.
Vicky will next be seen in Karan Johar’s upcoming production venture ‘Govinda Naam Mera’, co-starring Kiara Advani & Bhumi Pednekar.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the masala entertainer is scheduled to hit theatres on June 10, 2022. For the unversed, this movie is the reworked version of Varun Dhawan’s ‘Mr. Lele’.
Now, we hear that after ‘Govinda Naam Mera’, Vicky & Karan are collaborating again for yet another movie. If this media report is to be believed, Vicky will apparently headline director Anand Tiwari’s upcoming yet-to-be-titled rom-com. ‘Bulbbul’ fame Tripti Dimri has supposedly been roped in to play the female lead in this film.
Reportedly, Vicky will be seen in a new lover boy look. Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions & Anand’s Still & Still Media Collective, the movie is expected to go on floors in February next year.
On the work front, Vicky also has movies like Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Sam Bahadur’, Laxman Utekar’s film with Sara Ali Khan, YRF’s family drama with Manushi Chhillar & more. On the other hand, Tripti will be seen in the Netflix film ‘Qala’, starring late Irrfan Khan’s son Babil.
