Drug Case: Aryan Khan Skips NCB SIT Summons For THIS REASON!

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was granted bail in the Mumbai cruise drugs bust case on October 28.

One of his bail conditions was to appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau every Friday. He had marked his attendance with the agency on November 5.

NCB can request cancellation of bail if any of the conditions laid by Bombay High Court are violated.

NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede has been removed from the Aryan Khan case after alleged charges of 25-crore extortion were raised against him. The Mumbai cruise drugs case has now been transferred to a central team of the NCB in Delhi.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of NCB is now headed by Deputy Director General Sanjay Kumar Singh. They will also be probing 5 other cases lodged by the Mumbai Zonal unit.

SIT had summoned Aryan for questioning but the star kid has allegedly skipped summons, citing ‘slight fever’, as per TOI report. Other co-accused in the case – Aryan’s friend Arbaaz Merchant and Achit Kumar were interrogated by the NCB for several hours. Aryan is supposed to appear for the questioning soon now.

“We are issuing summons to all the accused and people concerned in the six drug cases that are now being probed by the SIT,” said an NCB officer.
