Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3, 2021 in the cruise ship drug bust case.
The star kid spent 17 days in custody as his bail plea was rejected twice previously. He was lodged at Arthur Road Central Jail.
A special NDPS court announced the verdict on his bail application today (October 20). Aryan’s lawyers have maintained that no drugs were recovered from him, he has no prior antecedents and is unlikely to abscond if granted bail.
His legal team also insisted that there were no conversations on Aryan’s phone about the ‘rave party’ in question and argued that the star kid couldn’t be held hostage until NCB found the ‘main accused’.
Meanwhile, NCB has stated that the police has found drug-related WhatsApp chats that are allegedly between Aryan Khan and a debut Actress.
Bail REJECTED
As per the latest update – Aryan’s bail application has been rejected yet again. They will now move Bombay High Court for bail. Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bails have been rejected as well.
