Nawazuddin Siddiqui Approached For THIS Movie REMAKE?

Lately, Bollywood has seen several South Indian movies remakes and most of them were a huge hit at the box office.

Now, as per reports, Bollywood is all set to see yet another South Indian Movie turn into a Hindi blockbuster.

According to Pinkvilla, Malayalam hit Irul, starring Fahadh Faasil, Soubin Shahir, and Darshana Rajendran will soon be remade in Hindi.

While talking about this mystery tailor, a source says,  “The makers feel that the story of Irul can appeal to a wider audience, and have decided to remake it in Hindi as well. They have approached Nawazuddin Siddiqui to play the lead in the Hindi version. The conversation between Nawaz and the makers of Irul is at the nascent stage as of now, but they will take the discussions forward soon. Meanwhile, preliminary work on the Hindi script has already begun.”

The original movie synopsis says, “Alex and Archana go on a trip but soon their car breaks down and they take shelter at a nearby house. However, things take a turn when the owner of the house behaves in a suspicious manner.”

The original film is a 2021 release and it was Fahadh Faasil’s second OTT release after CU Soon. This movie was directed by Naseef Yusuf Izuddin, who has also assisted on Bollywood movies like Happy New Year, Raees, Newton, and Tumbbad.
