Jackie Shroff, recently seen in Radhe, is soaring high with all the praises for his performance in the Salman Khan starrer.
He played the character of a really cool cop, who happens to be Disha Patani’s brother in the film.
Now, we hear that Jackie Shroff has reportedly bagged an International project. As per the latest Peeping Moon report, the veteran actor will supposedly play the role of a 64-year-old slender man from Goa who goes to France to launch a sensational music career.
To be reportedly directed by Gulaab Gang & Why Cheat India fame Soumik Sen, this yet-to-be-titled is said to be a biopic, which is apparently based on the colourful life of Joseph Manuel Da Rocha aka Slow Joe, who beat the odds to hit headlines at the 2009’s edition of the Trans Musicales in Rennes, France.
Reportedly, the film revolves around the story of Joe and how a French musician discovers his musical talent on the beaches of Goa. It will also apparently showcase the journey of the musical band named Slow Joe & The Ginger Accident. The band has performed at over 250 concerts in the span of just five years in countries such as France, Spain, Italy, India Switzerland, Germany, and Belgium.
To be co-produced between India, France, and Singapore, the Slow Joe biopic, which will apparently be made in three languages— English, French, and Konkani, is scheduled to be shot in Goa, Mumbai, Paris, and Lyon in France.
