Rajiv Kapoor was born into the legendary Kapoor family to Raj Kapoor and Krishna Kapoor. He is the third son of these two famous Bollywood actors.
Siblings
Rajiv Kapoor was the youngest sibling amongst three brothers and two sisters. As per order in age, they are Randhir Kapoor, Ritu Nanda, Rishi Kapoor, Rima Jain and Rajiv Kapoor.
Extended Family
Rajiv Kapoor’s brother Randhir Kapoor wed Babita Shivdasani and bore two children, famous actresses Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor.
The first Kapoor sister, late Ritu Nanda, had passed away at the age of 71. Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter, Shweta Bachchan, married into the Kapoor-Nanda family.
Rishi Kapoor, the third sibling, married Nitu Singh and then bore children – Ridhima Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor.

The late Kapoor was married to architect Aarti Sabharwal from the year 2001 up to 2003. The two were in a courtship for two years prior to their marriage. After their divorce, Aarti moved to Canada for her career. They did not have any children together.
