Yesterday, it was announced that South Superstar Prabhas would be collaborating with KGF Director Prashant Neel for a pan-India film.
Hombale Films have now officially announced the movie; Prabhas will be seen in and as ‘Salaar’!
The first look poster has also been unveiled with the caption “THE MOST VIOLENT MEN.. CALLED ONE MAN.. THE MOST VIOLENT!!”. Prabhas looks sexy af yet grim, promising guns, gore and glory!
KGF Director Prashant Neel also tweeted his welcome to Prabhas – “For the love of cinema, breaking the fence of languages, presenting to you an Indian Film. Dearest welcome to Darling #Prabhas sir.“
Touted to be a pan-India action thriller, this movie will be shot on a grand scale and released in multiple Indian languages. As per Peeping Moon report, Salaar is reportedly set against the backdrop of a dramatic, fictional mafia world. It will feature Prabhas as the quintessential hero who stands up for the rights of the common man.
Prabhas also has 3 other big-budget projects in the pipeline. Currently wrapping up Radha Krishna Kumar’s Radhe Shyam, the Saaho actor will start shooting for Salaar in the latter half of next year or early 2022, only after completing Om Raut’s Adipurush and Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi movie!
