The talented actor has 3 mega-budget projects in the pipeline; ‘Adipurush’, ‘Radhe Shyam’ and Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi film, and their lavish scale will blow your mind!
As per a Hindustan Times report, trade sources have confirmed that the cumulative budget of these three projects is around Rs 1000 crores! Wow, just count the zeroes.
Prabhas’s upcoming period romantic drama – Radhe Shyam, co-starring Pooja Hegde is being made on a grand budget of Rs 250 crores! Prabhas will be essaying a character called Vikramaditya, who is a palm reader. While Pooja Hegde will be seen as a music teacher.
Meanwhile, Nag Ashwin’s yet-untitled science-fiction movie has roped in big, starry names. Prabhas will be seen sharing screen space with legendary superstar Amitabh Bachchan and his leading lady for the movie is none other than the diva Deepika Padukone. With such an impressive cast, it comes as no surprise that the film has a mega 300-crore budget!
Lastly, Prabhas’s upcoming magnum opus ‘Adipurush’, is a retelling of the Indian epic Ramayana and will feature him in the titular role of Lord Ram. Saif Ali Khan has been cast opposite him as the villain Lankesh. The film boasts of a whopping budget of Rs 450 crores! It will hit the theatres on August 11, 2022.
