Despite all the wedding rumors about Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt; the couple has been setting major relationship goals since day one.
Let’s take a throwback to when Ranbir opened up about falling in love with Alia for the first time.
According to DNA India, Ranbir has talked about his ‘lady love’ for the very first time in front of the media when their love was still blossoming. “When you fall in love, even water tastes like sherbet,” the actor further added.
In an old interview, RK had spoken about falling in love with the ‘Raazi’ actress and about being in love once again is a new feeling which comes with a lot of excitement.
Talking about his beau, the actor said that as an actor and as a person, Alia is flowing. He further stated that although the relationship needed time, the feeling of love was exciting.
The actor further stated that he has become more balanced and started to value relationships more.
The ‘Sanju’ actor was all praises for Alia’s remarkable performances and said, “When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself.”
Ranbir-Alia has proved that ‘age gap’ is just a number when it comes to true love; this couple has 11 years gap between them (Kapoor is now 38 and Bhatt, 27).
Ranbir and Alia reportedly began dating some time at the end of 2017, on the sets of Ayan Mukerji’s supernatural drama ‘Brahmastra’. A few months later, they made an entry together at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding reception and let the cat out of the bag.
Alia Bhatt has become a regular member of the ‘Kapoor gatherings’; be it Sunday lunch or birthday parties, or any events. Last year while receiving an Award, Alia expressed her feelings for Ranbir.
The actress often shares pictures of herself on Instagram captured by her ‘all-time fav photographer’.
Ever since the dating news came out, fans are eagerly waiting for them to tie the knot.
Ranbir earlier had a ladies’ man commitment-phobic image in the industry. The actor had dated actress Deepika Padukone for a long time before they parted ways. Then he later dated Katrina Kaif for a time and their bitter-breakup was all over the news.
