Earlier, in the SSR Case, AIIMS had submitted a conclusive report to CBI. Their forensic report had ruled out poisoning, saying no organic poison found in Sushant’s body.
As reported by Times Now, CBI will be probing the lapses in SSR’s autopsy.
The report stated that key viscera tests and Chromatography test have not been done by the Cooper hospital. And no drug test was conducted on SSR viscera.
“AIIMS and CBI are in agreement on the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, but more deliberations are needed. There is a need to look into some legal aspects for a logical legal conclusion,” Sudhir Gupta, Chairman of AIIMS Forensic Medical Board, had told IANS.

As per TOI, Narcotics Control Bureau has rubbished reports about Deepika Padukone’s co-stars being on their radar. Reports doing the rounds claimed that the names of top actors with the initials ‘A’, ‘R’ and ‘S’ are currently under the scanner for their alleged involvement in the drug probe.
A senior official of the NCB said, “False. Do you want me to comment on false stories some of the media is reporting?”

NCB Refutes Claims of Giving Clean Chit to Deepika, Shraddha, Sara
As per News18, NCB on Wednesday refuted claims about clean chit given to actresses Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan.
“The news article mentioning that the drugs law enforcement agency giving clean chit to those examined by NCB is devoid of the facts and truth,” an official said further adding that the necessary “rebuttal” is being issued to the concerned.
