You say glamourous, we hear Priyanka Chopra! PC has had one heck of a journey and we have all been witness to this star’s path to worldwide recognition.
On the special event of her 38th birthday, we have compiled PC’s style’s evolutionary looks that will always be too cool for us to handle. Buckle up for this 20-year journey from the Miss World 2000 pageantry to Bollywood and finally, to Hollywood as well.
1. Miss World 2000
Priyanka Chopra won the Miss World title in 2000 and she was all smiles at her coronation. Then again, who wouldn’t be? Clad in a traditional ghagra, the then newly crowned Miss World can be seen sporting the crown like a true queen.
This lady is the real deal. At the age of 18, the young former Miss World wore a glittering gown with sparkling jewellery that was set over her shapely neck as she was being crowned her new title.
2. Leap into Bollywood
Priyanka made her Bollywood debut in the film ‘The Hero: Love Story of a Spy‘ and she sure made a statement with her on-screen wedding ensemble. Clearly, this actress knows how to rock all looks effortlessly.
Towards the beginning of her career, Priyanka’s signature look was the nude makeup with kohl-lined eyes that had everyone in a trance.
3. Filmfare stunner
From receiving her first award to being on the cover page, Priyanka came a long way. She received her first Filmfare for the best female debut.
In the above frame, Priyanka is seen looking stunning in a royal blue gown with a black net puff towards the end of the dress. The actress followed her signature nude makeup style here too with her hair pinned up in a messy bun.
Over here, Priyanka chose a beautiful veiled rose coloured cascading gown that highlights her lightly done pink make up. The actress also had a ‘hair bangs’ phase that we absolutely loved!
This brings us to Priyanka’s 2018 Filmfare cover shoot where the actress stuns in deep blues. While she swapped her nude make up look for a much more bold and dark one, Chopra’s hair is as beautiful as ever streaming in beach waves down her back.
