This epic period-actioner is a fictional story inspired by the pre-Independence Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR). Bollywood celebs like Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn have also made brief cameo appearances in RRR.

1) Ram Charan
Ram Charan gives an intense performance as Rama Raju – whether’s it’s as a menacing police officer under British rule or a ferocious freedom fighter.
Ram’s fee was allegedly 45 CRORES!
2) Jr NTR
Jr NTR plays the role of Bheem – he’s on a rescue mission to save the Gond tribal girl Malli, who’s forcibly taken away from her mother by the British.
NTR pulled off his part convincingly, naive when needed and a mighty warrior for the rest. He too was paid 45 CRORES reportedly.
3) Ajay Devgn
Ajay Devgn has a brief role as a revolutionary leader training the youth for revolt against the British.
Ajay allegedly received 25 CRORES for his part.
4) Alia Bhatt
Alia had a very short role as Ram Charan’s love interest Sita. She was reportedly paid to the tune of 9 CRORES for her cameo.
