The lockdown has put a halt on the film industry and the shootings have stopped as well. This sudden break has disturbed the workflow of the artist and has disturbed their schedule. Amid this track off, Deepika Padukone has made the best attempt to stay in touch with her character, by reading her script of Shakun Batra’s untitled film regularly.
Deepika Padukone never misses out on discussing her acting process and has now opened up on her practise as an actress. To maintain her touch with the role in her film that will soon start shooting after the lockdown, she regularly keeps reading her script and brushes on it. This is her way to keep intact with her character and not loose the grip.
A source has revealed “Deepika dedicates some time of her day daily to read at least a few pages of her Shakun Batra film script. While she doesn’t want to over prepare, she also doesn’t want to lose touch with her character completely as that’s the film she will start shooting for after the lockdown is lifted.“
This is her first movie with the Kapoor and Son’s director, Shakun. Like every other movie, we believe that Deepika Padukone will leave no stone unturned in making her upcoming film a hit on the box office.
