Under the guidance of renowned fitness expert Kris Gethin, who has trained stars like Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham, Kaushal followed an intense regimen. His training included rigorous upper-body workouts, strength training, functional exercises, and cardio to build muscle and enhance endurance.
