Bollywood is set to witness the debut of another star kid, as Naomika Saran, granddaughter of legendary actor Rajesh Khanna, gears up to step into the world of cinema.

The 20-year old debutante, daughter of Rinke Khanna and businessman Sameer Saran, is set to make her first appearance in a film produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. The project, a romantic comedy enriched with compelling family drama, is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the genre, complete with vibrant music and grand dance sequences.
Adding to the excitement, Naomika Saran will be paired opposite Agastya Nanda, grandson of Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan. While this marks Naomika’s first venture into films, Agastya has already stepped into the industry with Netflix India’s The Archies. He is also currently working on Ikkis, a Sriram Raghavan directorial based on the life of war hero Arun Kheterpal, which is also backed by Maddock Films.

This collaboration carries a nostalgic significance, as it brings together the legacies of two of Hindi cinema’s most iconic stars—Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan. The two superstars who redefined Bollywood in their era have shared screen space in classics like Anand (1971) and Namak Haraam (1973). Now, decades later, their grandchildren will carry their legacy forward on the silver screen.
