As per reports, Dharma Productions has recovered the budget of Jigra plus the cost spent on publicity through the sale of its digital and satellite rights! Jigra has been made on an 80-crore budget, with additional 10 crores for print and publicity.
Netflix paid 70 crores for Jigra, while the satellite rights were negotiated for 20 crores.
A source revealed – “The entire sum of Rs. 90 crores have been recovered by Dharma with sale of digital and satellite rights. Every penny of money that the film earns from music rights and theatrical will be a profit for Dharma.”

Jigra Release Date:
The much-awaited film Jigra, starring Vedang Raina and Alia Bhatt, is set to release in cinemas on October 11, 2024. Directed by the talented Vasan Bala, produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, and Somen Mishra.
This prison-break story is about a fiercely protective sister who will go to any lengths to rescue her brother.
