The movie is set to cross the 60-crore mark today. It collected 3.75 cr on Friday, 6.75 cr on Saturday and, 8.75 cr on Sunday. The total box office collection of the movie so far is ₹ 55.75 cr.
Additionally, it has silenced all those who felt – before its release – that it should’ve taken the direct-to-digital route.
Looking ahead, experts believe Munjya has the potential to maintain its run and even reach the ₹100 crore net mark by the end of its theatrical run, especially considering the upcoming release of Kalki 2898 AD caters to a different genre. Munjya’s success story proves that well-made content with audience appeal can still thrive at the box office, even against newer releases.
