Sanjay Dutt Exits Welcome 3 Due To Date Issues
Made on a massive budget, the movie has an ensemble cast consisting of Akshay Kumar, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Aftab Shivdasani, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Zakir Hussain, Yashpal Sharma and Sayaji Shinde in pivotal roles.
However, Sanjay Dutt has now walked out of the project, owing to date issues.
“Sanjay Dutt has cited date issues for his exit. He has conveyed all the issues to his dear friend Akshay, who took the points into account and holds no bad blood. Sanjay Dutt felt that the Welcome To The Jungle shoot was happening in an unplanned way, with too many changes in the script, disturbing his diary of the shoot, and hence has parted ways,” a source revealed.
The thing is – Dutt has already shot 15-days worth of material, so the makers are pondering over whether to cut it out completely and reshoot or credit Sanjay as a cameo appearance.
