After a bumper opening at the box office, Ajay Devgn-R Madhavan‘s supernatural horror-thriller continues to remain strong in cinemas.
Directed by Vikas Bahl, Shaitaan stars Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan, Jyotika and Janki Bodiwala. The film revolves around the concept of black magic and becomes a dad vs devil fight.
Madhavan plays the role of a badass evil puppeteer while Devgn is seen as the distraught dad who’d do anything to save his possessed daughter from the clutches of the shaitaan.
For the unversed, Shaitaan is the Hindi remake of the 2023 Gujarati film titled Vash.

Shaitaan Day 2 Collection:
The Ajay Devgn-R Madhavan starrer has been receiving a good response from the fans. The horror-thriller collected Rs 15.21 crores on its opening day. The movie witnessed a good jump in its collections on 2nd day.
As posted by Jio Studios, Shaitaan raked in Rs 19.18 crores, taking the total collection to Rs 34.39 CRORES in just 2 days.
Day 1 : ₹ 15.21 cr
Day 2 : ₹ 19.18 cr
Total : ₹ 34.39 CRORES!
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film is expected to cross the 50-crore mark today (Sunday). Reportedly, Shaitaan is scoring high beyond metros/urban centres.

As per reports, the film had an overall occupancy of 33.65% in Hindi on Saturday.
Shaitaan is produced collaboratively by Ajay Devgn, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, and Jyoti Deshpande.
