Today, i.e., February 4, marks World Cancer Day! The life-threatening disease has affected countless individuals and families, including some of the well-known celebs from the Hindi film industry.
These iconic celebs succumbed to cancer, leaving behind a legacy of their incredible works. Have a look –
1) Irrfan Khan
National Award-winning actor Irrfan Khan had passed away at the age of 53 on April 29, 2020. He was diagnosed with a rare disease called neuroendocrine tumour and had been battling with it since 2018.

2) Rishi Kapoor
Less than 24 hours after Irrfan Khan’s death, we had lost another Bollywood star… Rishi Kapoor. The veteran actor was diagnosed with Leukemia, a form of cancer, in 2018 and had immediately moved to New York for further treatment.
After his two-battle with cancer, Rishi Ji had died at the age of 67 on April 30, 2020, at HN Reliance Hospital, Mumbai.

3) Nargis Dutt
Yesteryear actress-politician Nargis Dutt, mother of Sanjay Dutt, had passed away at the age of 51 after an almost year-long battle with pancreatic cancer on May 3, 1981 – 4 days before Sanjay Dutt made his Bollywood debut with Rocky.
