The actor is currently in headlines for his latest real estate purchase.
John Abraham, who had garnered rave reviews for his performance in Pathaan, recently purchased a luxurious bungalow in Mumbai’s coveted Khar area.
Besides being an actor, the 51-year-old is also a producer and entrepreneur. He also owns a sports team in the Indian Football League.
John Abraham Buys New Bungalow In Mumbai:
According to a report by Money Control, John has recently purchased a bungalow that covers a substantial living space of 5,416 sq ft and a 7,722 sq ft land parcel.
Situated on the Linking road in Khar, the building named 372 Nirmal Bhavan is a building with two floors above the ground level. As per reports, the actors has splurged a whopping amount of Rs 70.83 CRORES on this property.
Reportedly, the deal was registered on 27th December 2023 and a stamp duty of Rs 4.24 CRORES by John.
The area is not only renowned for its commercial significance but also boasts proximity to several educational institutions. It is reported that the said property belongs to 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah, a resident of Pennsylvania, USA, and his family.
John currently lives in a sea-facing penthouse at Hiten Apartments in Bandra West, Mumbai.
