Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the movie stars Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead.
Oroduced by Ramesh Taurani, Sanjay Routray, Jaya Taurani and Kewal Garg, Merry Christmas has been filmed in both Hindi and Tamil.
The Hindi version additionally boasts talents like Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand, while the Tamil version has stalwarts like Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kavin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams. Radhika Apte and Ashwini Kalsekar have special cameos in both versions.

1) Katrina Kaif
Katrina Kaif plays the female lead in this dark romantic crime-thriller. As per reports, she has been apparently paid to the tune of Rs 15 CRORES! Reportedly, she was paid Rs 10 crores for Tiger 3.

2) Vijay Sethupathi
After Jawan, Vijay Sethupathi will next be seen in Merry Christmas. If reports are to be believed, the Tamil superstar took home a paycheque of Rs 8 CRORES!
3) Radhika Apte
Radhika Apte will make a cameo in this Sriram Raghavan directorial, for which she has been paid Rs 2 crores apparently.
On the other hand, Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak and Tinnu Anand have received Rs 1 crores, Rs 80 lakhs and Rs 40 lakhs for their respective roles.

Talking about her experience of working Sriram Raghavan, Katrina commented –
“Working with Sriram Raghavan was one of my dreams. Again, as I said, really really fortunate that I got that chance. It just kind of came. And, phenomenal director to work with; Incredible mind; Completely different school. When you are on that set, it’s a completely different world. He is such an incredible collaborator, as a human being, as a person, as a filmmaker. I told him, ‘Sir, on-camera, I have never cried so much. Off-camera, on the sets, I have never cried so much’. Because it was such an intense process, but a wonderful one. A wonderful process.”
