Kangana Ranaut & R Madhavan are all set to reunite again for a new movie.
The duo was previously seen together in Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015).
After 8 years of their hit rom-com sequel, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Kangana Ranaut & R Madhavan are teaming up again for a new “unusual and exciting” movie.
On Saturday (November 18), Kangana announced the new film with Madhavan which left their fans excited. However, she didn’t reveal much about the yet-untitled psychological thriller.
Kangana Ranaut & R Madhavan New Movie:
Kangana-Madhavan’s psychological thriller movie went on floors today (Nov 18) in Chennai and is being helmed by Thalaivii director A. L. Vijay.
Sharing a picture of the mahurat shot, the actress took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote –
“Today in Chennai we started filming our new film, a psychological thriller. Other details coming soon. For now need all your support and blessings for this very unusual and exciting script.”
The team also received a surprise visit from the megastar Rajinikanth. Kangana shared pictures and wrote,“On our first day of the shoot God of Indian cinema Thalaivar himself thrilled us with a surprise visit on our set. What a lovely day!! Missing Maddy @ActorMadhavan as he joins us soon.”
Madhavan reshared the tweet and wrote – “Wowowowowoeow what a BLESSINGSSSS.. gods grace Phenominal Beginning . Thank you sir @rajinikanth.. your wishes and blessing mean the world to us.”
The movie will be released in 2 languages – Hindi and Tamil.
Kangana Ranaut Upcoming Movies:
On the work front, Ranaut was last seen in Tejas. Directed by Sarvesh Mewara, the aerial actioner was a box office disaster.
She will next be seen in her solo directorial film, Emergency, where she plays the role of the former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The movie will release in theatres next year.

R Madhavan Upcoming Movies:
Madhavan will be seen in Ajay Devgn‘s supernatural-thriller. He also has Akshay Kumar’s C Sankaran Nair biopic movie among others lined up ahead of him.
He recently won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film as a director and as a producer for Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.
