The gorgeous and talented ‘nanad-bhabi’ duo, Kareena Kapoor Khan & Alia Bhatt graced the coffee couch as guests in the fourth episode of Karan Johar-hosted infamous chat show, KWK S8.
From Alia’s reaction to Ranbir being called ‘toxic’ and heartwarming moments with her daughter Raha to Bebo on her tiff with Ameesha Patel… the two opened up on various topics.
1) Alia Bhatt Breaks Silence On Ranbir Kapoor Being Called ‘Toxic’
Ranbir Kapoor was called ‘toxic’ by the netizen after the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress mentioned in one of her videos that her then-boyfriend and now-husband would ask her to wipe off her lipstick because he liked her natural lip shade.
During the conversation, Alia Bhatt broke silence on RK being labeled as ‘toxic’. When KJo asked why her words “become a sudden explosion online” and is it because Ranbir is not on social media, Alia said –
“I have a very candid way of speaking. I like to imitate the person whom I’m talking about, I like to make it personal and I feel a lot of the things get picked out of context which happened recently with a video and stuff. I was looking and I was like ‘Okay it’s fine, let it go.’ But then there were serious articles talking about how he is a toxic man and I am like, ‘Are we serious’? Like there are many issues in the world to talk about and give more attention towards than talking about something that I said in a completely different context. I feel bad if people misunderstand because he’s genuinely the opposite.”

2) Kareena Kapoor Khan On Her Tiff With Ameesha Patel And Not Attending Gadar 2 Success Bash
Ameesha Patel made her Bollywood debut opposite Hrithik Roshan in Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. However, Bebo was supposed to play the role of the female lead but it didn’t happen. Recently, Sunny Deol-Ameesha Patel were seen at the success bash of Gadar 2. Interestingly, Bebo gave it a miss.
Talking about it, Karan asked Bebo why she didn’t attend the party, to which Kareena replied, “I was not in town.” KJo further asked –
“Because you and Ameesha Patel have a such a history? You meant to do Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai and she’s gone on record saying, ‘Thank you Kareena, you made me do it.'”
Kareena replied, “I think films are destiny. Everyone went on to do their best and that’s it.” She also praised Gadar 2 and expressed her wish to the film.

3) Alia On Her Heartwarming Moments With Raha And Ranbir
Alia described her daughter as the ‘sunshine’ and ‘light’ of their lives. She also shared heartwarming moments of her and RK with Raha.
“He’s like deeply, madly truly in love right now with her. Sometimes he’s staring at her, he’s troubling her, playing games with her. In the beginning, he was a burp specialist. He wants to be involved in every single thing to do with Raha and in fact sometimes too much. At home I feel like we are both fighting to hold her.”
