Akshay Kumar has been making headlines for his portrayal of Lord Shiva in his next – OMG 2.
While the Khiladi of Bollywood is considered to be one of the highest-paid actors in the Hindi film industry, he is said to have allegedly taken a pay cut for his next.
If this report is to be believed, Akshay has apparently slashed his multi-crore fees by a huge amount.
Akshay, who usually charges around Rs 50 – 100 crores per film allegedly, has reportedly taken home Rs 35 crores for the much-awaited sequel, OMG 2.
It is being said that the actor took this step due to his back-to-back flops at the box office in recent times.
Akshay’s recent releases – Ram Setu, Samrat Prithviraj, Selfiee, Raksha Bandhan – failed to charm the audience and tanked at the ticket window.
