According to ETimes, the Mumbai Police has issued a lookout circular (LOC) against a man accused of sending threatening email to Salman Khan. Following the chaos, Khan was given Y-plus security.
The mail was sent to the actor in the name of gangster Goldy Brar earlier in March this year.
As reported by India Today, the suspect is a 3rd-year medical student, who originally hails from Haryana, India, studying medicine in UK.
Reportedly, the suspect is expected to return to India by the end of this year when his academic session concludes. His identity has been kept under wraps as the process of deporting him to India is underway.
As the report further suggests, the said suspect had allegedly started sending death threats to Salman after reading about it on social media.
Reportedly, police have ruled out any connection between this email and gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar.
