The Hindi version of the American series ‘Citadel’ is being helmed by The Family Man creators Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK.
Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are leading the Hindi version cast. Another member has also joined the team as per latest reports.
Saqib Saleem has come onboard the Varun Dhawan starrer. Apart from Mumbai, Citadel will also film in some international locations.
“Saqib came onboard recently, and plays a very important role in the show. He has started prepping for his part too. Raj and DK are expecting to start shooting from the second half of November.
The filmmakers are in the process of finalising these locations, while they are also locking actors for other pivotal roles in Citadel,” a source revealed.
Varun Dhawan and Saqib Saleem have previously worked together in the action-comedy Dishoom. Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden are headlining the original Citadel show.
