Liger, produced by Karan Johar, Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur, failed to strike a chord with the masses and received negative reviews from critics and audience.
Now, we hear that the actor is likely to compensate for the loss. If this report is to be believed, Vijay has decided to return Rs 6 crores from a part of his fees to the producers for the box office debacle. Reportedly, the Arjun Reddy actor had reportedly charged Rs 34 crores to feature in the film.
Adding to it, Vijay Deverakonda & Puri Jagannadh have also decided to slash the budget for their next – JGM. Both Vijay and Puri Jagannadh have apparently decided to let go of their salaries for the movie.
As per reports, the 33-year-old actor may instead take a share of the profit if JGM becomes a box office success.
