Arjun Kapoor will next be seen in Ek Villain Returns.
Now, amidst this, we hear that the actor has sold his 4BHK posh apartment in Bandra, Mumbai.
Last year, the actor had bought himself a swanky 4364 sq ft flat for Rs 20 crores – 23 crores on the 19th floor of the 81 Aureate building in Bandra (West) to mark his ten years in the film industry. Reportedly, Arjun’s ladylove-actress Malaika Arora also owns a flat in the same building.
If this report is to be believed, Arjun has apparently sold his 4BHK apartment for Rs 16 CRORES! The stamp duty paid for the registration of the apartment was Rs 96 lakhs.
The sale document was registered on May 19, 2022, and the papers were signed by Arjun’s sister Anshula Kapoor.
As the report further suggests, the luxury apartment has been sold to a certain Bhoi family – Shankar Bhoir and Satyen Bhoir. Reportedly, they will also be given access to three car parking spots.
