Kartik Aaryan-Karan Johar‘s fall-out over Dostana 2 was quite the talk of the town when the news had erupted.
While officially Dharma Productions had announced that Kartik was being recasted over creative differences, several reports claimed that the actor was dropped due to alleged unprofessional behaviour.
Other rumours also went viral that Kartik-Janhvi Kapoor had a bitter fight which led to the end of their friendship and his exit from Dostana 2. Both Karan and Kartik had refrained from commenting directly on the matter.
And now, as per recent videos from a Pinkvilla event, it appears that the filmmaker and the actor have buried the hatchet! The duo was spotted sitting together and laughing quite cheerfully.

Let bygones be bygones appears to be the motto here! For the unversed, when Kartik was asked if any industry insiders were making work difficult for him, he had replied –
“Nobody has the time for it. What happens, at times, is people make ‘baat ka batangad’ (make a mountain out of a molehill). There is nothing more to it. No one has so much time (to think so much). Everybody just wants to work, do good work. Other than that, things are just rumours.”
Kartik Aaryan’s recent release Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has been a blockbuster success; crossing over 182 CRORES at the box office, as per Trade expert Taran Adarsh’s report.
