Deepika Padukone is undoubtedly one of our favourite Bollywood actresses and her journey to stardom was on the path of hard work and sacrifices.
In a recent interview, Deepika was asked to reveal the best and worst advice she’s received throughout her career and the answer is unlike anything you’ll expect.
Deepika started off her career as a model and this led to her successful acting career. Talking about the best advice she’d gotten Padukone said, “Shah Rukh gives good advice and I got a lot from him. One of the most valuable pieces of advice I got from him was to always work with people you know you are going to have a good time with, because while you are making a movie you are also living life, making memories and creating experiences.”
However, the worst advice is what came as a total shock to not only her but now us as well. Deepika’s answer left us gasping!
“The worst advice I received was to get breast implants. I was all of 18 and I often wonder how I had the wisdom to not take it seriously.”

The actress was last seen in the film Gehraiyaan and her performance was very appreciated by audiences. She will be seen next in a film co-starring Amitabh Bachchan in The Intern‘s Hindi remake and in the Shah Rukh Khan-John Abraham starrer, Pathan. She will also be seen alongside Hrithik Roshan for the first time in a film titled Fighter.
