Aamir Khan–Kiran Rao had announced divorce on July 13, 2021, after 15 years of marriage.
And now after the divorce, Aamir Khan is set to collaborate with his ex-wife for her upcoming directorial.
As reported earlier, Kiran is set to direct her 2nd movie, which will be produced by Aamir Khan under his production banner – Aamir Khan Productions.
“Aamir loved the script when she narrated it to him, and instantly agreed to come on board as producer. The two continue to remain friends and collaborators after their divorce.”
– according to a media report.
According to the latest update, the movie has been tentatively titled ‘2 Brides’.
Set in a village, the story of the social comedy-drama reportedly revolves around two girls and one boy.
‘2 Brides’ stars Sparsh Srivastava, Pratibha Ranta, and Nitanshi Goel in the lead.
For the unversed, Kiran made her directorial debut in ‘Dhobi Ghat’ (2011), which starred Aamir Khan, Prateik Babbar, Monica Dogra, and Kriti Malhotra in titular roles.
