Akshay Kumar recently announced ‘Selfiee’ with Emraan Hashmi – which is a remake of the Malayalam film, Driving License.
The Khiladi is as busy as ever with upcoming movies like Prithviraj, Bachchan Pandey, Ram Setu, Raksha Bandhan, Gorkha, Cinderella, Omg 2, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
Along with movies, the Superstar is venturing into the OTT also with the survival thriller web series – ‘The End’. It’s a 3-season series with 8 episodes each allegedly. It will stream on Amazon Prime Video. Kumar had pulled off a daredevil stunt while announcing the project – by setting himself on fire.
A Bollywood Hungama report had stated – “It is a survival thriller set in the future, that too in an alternate timeline. It will have a dystopian setup, showing that the end of the humanity is near and how Akshay Kumar’s character manages to survive and thrive amidst all the madness.”
Akshay Kumar’s Fee For ‘The End’:
Bollywood Hungama also said that Akshay was being paid to the tune of 90 CRORES for the OTT series.
As per Pinkvilla’s latest report, ‘The End’ will go on floors at the end of March 2022 allegedly, after Selfiee.
