Konkona Sensharma made her acting debut in 1983. She had appeared as a child artist in a Bengali film titled ‘Indira’.
2. 2-Time National Film Award Winner
Konkona had received her first-ever National Film Award for the Best Actress for her terrific performance in the English-language movie ‘Mr. and Mrs. Iyer’ (2002), which was directed by her actress-mother Aparna Sen. She had also won another National Film Award in the Best Supporting Actress category for her role in Vishal Bharadwaj’s ‘Omkara’ (2006).
Besides that, Konkona has also received several awards like Filmfare, IIFA, Zee Cine & more.
