Bombay High Court Releases BAIL ORDER In Aryan Khan Case; Says “No Positive Evidence Of Conspiracy”!

Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in the alleged Mumbai cruise drugs bust case.

After spending almost a month in Arthur Road jail, the 24-year-old star kid was finally granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28, 2021.

NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede had been removed from Aryan’s case after allegedly being accused of Rs 25-crore-extortion charges. The case has now been transferred to a central team of the NCB in Delhi.

SRK’s co-star-family friend Juhi Chawla had signed a bail bond of Rs 1 Lakh. NCB can also request cancellation of bail if any of the conditions (led by the Bombay HC) are violated.

Now, according to NDTV, the Bombay HC has released its detailed bail order today (November 20) and stated that there was ‘no positive evidence’ of any conspiracy between Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha in order to commit drug-related offences.

“There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit an unlawful act,” the order read.

According to India Today, the high court also said that Aryan Khan was “not found in possession of any objectionable substance”.

As the report further suggests, the court further said that nothing objectionable was found in Aryan’s WhatsApp chats that indicated any connection of the “three applicants with other co-accused on the issue of conspiracy”.
