Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s elder son– Aryan Khan– has quite a crazy fan following on social media.
Now, SRK’s son has landed himself in trouble as he is said to be under the scanner of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
According to India Today, Aryan is reportedly being questioned by NCB after the drugs raid at the Cordelia Cruises’ Empress ship off the Mumbai coast. The rave party, which was held on Saturday (October 2), was supposedly busted after the anti-drug officials received a tip-off about the cruise party.
Reportedly, his phone has been seized and is being scanned to check if there is any connection of his direct involvement in the possession or consumption of drugs.
As the report suggests, Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of NCB, revealed that Aryan hasn’t been booked on any charges or arrested yet.
A source revealed to TOI, “Aryan was taken in for questioning, but there was probably no involvement in the possession of drugs. It is also being speculated that another Bollywood actor’s son has been detained in the same case.”
As per News18, NCB said in a statement, “On the basis of specific information, officials of NCB Mumbai conducted a raid on Cordelia cruise, which was bound from Mumbai to Goa on 02.10.2021. During the operation, all suspects as per the information were searched and various drugs like MDMA/ Ecstasy, Cocaine, MD (Mephedrone), and charas have been recovered. A total of 8 persons, including 2 females, have been apprehended and their role is being investigated in relation to the said recovery. NCB Mumbai has registered Crime no. Cr 94/21 in this matter. Further investigation is underway.”
