Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan recently shifted to a new residency before the birth of their second son, Jeh.
The couple still own their former home at Fortune Heights and have now reportedly given it on rent.
As per TOI, an agreement states that Saif’s 1,500-square-foot apartment has been rented for Rs 3.5 lakh per month, with a security deposit of Rs 15 lakh. Moreover, the flat has been reportedly rented for three years and the rent subsequently increases every year.
The family of four have shifted to a much bigger and lavish residency now at Satguru Sharan building which isn’t too far away from Fortune Heights. The new abode includes a spacious green terrace, rooftop swimming pool, a new nursery for Jeh and Taimur’s own play space.
Despite the adorable family shifting to a different home, let’s not forget the fond memories made in the Fortune Heights apartment. Saifeena’s registered marriage and first appearance as a married couple in 2012 took place there, on their terrace. They have also given fans super fun glimpses of their lives and of course, we watched little Taimur grow there.
On the work front, Saif has been busy shooting for his upcoming horror-comedy Bhoot Police with Arjun Kapoor, Yami Gautam and Jacqueline Fernandez. Apart from this, Saif also has mythological drama Adipurush co-starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon. Currently, Saifeena and the little ones are enjoying a little family time in the Maldives.
