With multiple films lined up in her kitty, Nushrratt Bharuccha is currently Bollywood’s one of the busiest actresses.
Recently, the actress was rushed to a hospital directly from a film set after falling sick.
According to Bollywood Hungama, Nushrratt has apparently been unwell for the past few days. She was reportedly rushed to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai after she had suffered from a vertigo attack on the sets of her upcoming movie.
As per ETimes, the actress was staying at a hotel nearby her film set, where she was said to be shooting for Luv Ranjan’s untitled next. Reportedly, her blood pressure had dropped to 65/55.
According to reports, the doctor advised 15 days of complete rest. The actress is currently at her home under medication.
Confirming the same, Nushrratt told the daily, “The doctors diagnosed it as a vertigo attack which has perhaps happened due to stress. The pandemic has had a toll on everybody- emotionally, physically, and financially.”
“I was staying in a hotel while shooting this film. One day, after about three weeks of shooting, I felt very weak and I excused myself from the shoot. I thought I would be okay in a day or so but the next day was equally bad. I reported on the set but a few minutes later, it all went spiraling downward. I could not do anything. They decided to rush me to Hinduja Hospital (Mumbai) and when I reached there, I was still worse. I needed a wheelchair to be taken upstairs. My blood pressure by then had dropped to 65/55,” she added.
Here’s wishing the actress a speedy recovery.
