Fact-Check: Is Kajol In Shah Rukh Khan’s Upcoming Film With Rajkumar Hirani?

The couple was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Dilwale’ and fans have eagerly been waiting for the reunion on the reel!

It was being speculated that Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming film – a social comedy based on immigration, might feature Kajol as SRK’s wife. It was also being said that Taapsee Pannu would play the role of a reporter who covers his story across borders.

However, Kajol denied the reports and told the media – “They (Rajkumar Hirani or anyone related to the film) haven’t approached me yet. I’m reading and listening to scripts and virtually meeting people to hear ideas. But I haven’t locked anything as of now.”

Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu had also shut down the casting rumours saying – “If something like this happens, I will go to my roof and announce it. This is not the kind of news that should be kept secret. So when I sign and seal it, I will be the one shouting.”
